01 Company formation

We incorporate private companies limited by shares (LTD), designated activity companies (DAC), companies limited by guarantee (CLG), and branches of overseas companies. Most LTD incorporations are filed with the CRO the same working day the signed documents are returned.

Every formation includes a name availability check against the CRO register, drafting of the constitution, allotment of shares, appointment of directors and secretary, and registration on the Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) a legal requirement within five months of incorporation.

Typically 1–3 working days from signed documents to certificate of incorporation.

Registered office service

Every Irish company must maintain a registered office within the State. We provide the address, receive statutory correspondence on the company’s behalf, and forward it the same or next working day so nothing from the CRO or Revenue is missed. Directors who would rather not list a home address on the public register use this as a standing service for as long as the company trades.

Before filing, we run the proposed name against the CRO register for conflicts and against the rules on identical and “too
similar” names, so the application isn’t rejected and re-filed at your cost.
We’ll also flag if the name needs a licence (e.g. containing “bank,” “insurance,” or “trust”) before the CRO will accept it.

02 Bookkeeping & management accounts

Books kept current every month, not reconstructed at year-end. That means VAT3 and CT1 figures are ready when they’re due, and you have a real-time view of cash, debtors and margin in between.Bookkeeping plans start at €149/month and scale with transaction volume and payroll headcount priced after a short review of your current records, free of charge.
